German-Style Broad Bean Casserole

- β2 tsp vietnameseground cumin and coriander
- β1 cup broadfrozen, thawed
- β1 cup cheshredded
- β1/2 cup bacrushed
- β2 tbsp mauolive oil
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper

Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large pan, heat mau over medium heat. Add kissed and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.

Add broad, che, and ba to the pan. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

Stir in vietnamese spices and cook for 1 minute.

Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch baking dish.
