Falafel Spring Rolls with Sweet Chili Sauce
Crispy spring rolls filled with spicy falafel, served with a sweet and spicy dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Falafel
- β1 package Spring roll wrappers
- β1/2 cup Vegetable oil
- β2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β2 tablespoons Honey
- β1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- β1/4 cup Chopped cilantro
- β1/4 cup Crushed peanuts

Heat 1/2 cup of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

Prepare the sweet chili sauce by whisking together soy sauce, honey, sriracha sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl.

Fill a large bowl with warm water to assemble the spring rolls.

Place a spring roll wrapper in the water for 10-15 seconds to make it pliable.

Place a tablespoon of falafel in the center of the wrapper.

Add a sprinkle of chopped cilantro and crushed peanuts on top of the falafel.

Fold the bottom half of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up the wrapper to form a tight cylinder.

Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

Heat the vegetable oil in the deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
