Argentinian Beef Stew
A hearty stew featuring tender beef and a rich, flavorful broth, inspired by the traditions of Argentine cuisine.
Ingredients
- β2 cups 1 pound beef stew meat
- βchopped 1 onion
- βminced 3 cloves garlic
- β 1 cup argentinian red wine
- β 2 cups beef broth
- β 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- β 1 teaspoon paprika
- β Salt and pepper

Heat a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.

Add the onion and garlic to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the red wine, beef broth, thyme, and paprika to the pot.

Bring the mixture to a boil, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pot.
