Turkish-Style Kofte Kebabs
A flavorful and hearty Turkish-inspired dish featuring kofte meatballs served with a side of sauce. Serve with a side of rice or bread for a satisfying meal.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well with your hands until just combined.

Divide the mixture into 8-10 portions, shape each portion into a ball, and then flatten slightly into a disk shape.

Thread a skewer with 2-3 kofte disks, leaving a small space between each.

Brush the kofte with olive oil and season with additional salt and pepper if desired.

Grill the kofte for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 160Β°F (71Β°C).

While the kofte is cooking, prepare the sauce by combining 1 cup of yogurt, 1 tbsp of lemon juice, and 1 tsp of paprika in a bowl.
