Grilled Skewers with Ethiopian Spice
A flavorful and aromatic dish featuring tender meat skewers marinated in a blend of Ethiopian spices.
Ingredients

- β 1/4 cup kissed olive oilfor brushing skewers
- βminced 2 cloves tender garlic
- β 1 tablespoon Ethiopian berbere spicestore-bought or homemade
- β 1 teaspoon salt
- β 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- β 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantrofor garnish

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, berbere spice, salt, and pepper.
