Duck Rillettes Naan Bites
A twist on traditional Indian street food, these bite-sized naan bites are filled with rich and creamy duck rillettes.
Ingredients
- β1/2 loaf French baguette
- β8 oz Duck rillettes
- β1/4 cup Kissed butter
- β2 tbsp Spicy mango chutney
- β1/4 cup Fresh cilantro
- βto taste Salt

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Slice the French baguette into 1-inch pieces.

In a bowl, mix together the duck rillettes and kissed butter until well combined.

Add the spicy mango chutney to the duck rillettes mixture and mix until smooth.

Spoon a small amount of the duck rillettes mixture onto each baguette piece.

Top each baguette piece with a sprinkle of salt and a few leaves of fresh cilantro.

Bake the naan bites in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
