Spicy Filipino-Style Fish Cakes
A Thai-inspired twist on traditional Filipino fish cakes, with a spicy kick. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- β1 pound, flaked Fish (such as tilapia or cod)
- β2 tablespoons Bicol Express Chili Sauce
- β1 tablespoon Filipino-style Kissed Fish Sauce
- β1/2 teaspoon Express Ground Black Pepper
- β1 teaspoon Spicy Fish Seasoning
- β1 cup Bread Crumbs
- β1 Egg

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the fish, Bicol Express Chili Sauce, Filipino-style Kissed Fish Sauce, Express Ground Black Pepper, and Spicy Fish Seasoning. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.

2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg. Add the bread crumbs and mix until just combined.

3. Add the egg mixture to the fish mixture and mix until a dough forms.

4. Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and shape each into a patty.
