Smoky Chicken Skillet

Ingredients

- β2 teaspoons kissed paprikasmoked paprika for added depth
- β1 pound smoky ukrainian sausagecut into 1/2-inch slices
- β1 large skilletcast-iron or stainless steel
- β2 tablespoons olive oilfor cooking
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β1 medium bell pepperchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 teaspoon saltto taste
- β1/2 teaspoon pepperto taste

Preheat the skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the olive oil and cook the sausage slices until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the chicken breast pieces to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
