Smoky Cannellini Bean Casserole
A hearty, comforting casserole perfect for a chilly evening, featuring smoky flavors and creamy cannellini beans.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β1 large Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 can (15 oz) Cannellini Beansdrained and rinsed
- β1 cup Ukrainian Sauerkrautshredded
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β1 sheet (thawed) Pastry

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

Stir in the smoky paprika and cook for 1 minute.

Add the cannellini beans, sauerkraut, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

Roll out the pastry sheet to a thickness of about 1/8 inch.

Transfer the bean mixture to one half of the pastry sheet, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edges.

Fold the other half of the pastry sheet over the filling and press the edges to seal.
