Smoky Syrian Kebabs
A flavorful and aromatic kebab dish originating from Syria, infused with a smoky taste. Perfect for a quick dinner or lunch.
Ingredients
- β1 pound, cleaned and cut into 1-inch pieces Tripe
- β1 pound, cut into 1-inch pieces Kebabs
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 tablespoon Smoky paprika
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β1/4 cup, for garnish Chopped parsley
Instructions

1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, smoky paprika, garlic, salt, and black pepper.

2. Add the tripe and kebabs to the bowl, and mix well to coat with the marinade.

3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

4. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

5. Remove the tripe and kebabs from the marinade, letting any excess liquid drip off.

6. Grill the tripe and kebabs for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

7. Transfer the kebabs to a serving platter, and garnish with chopped parsley.
