Kissed Roasted Bowl
A delicious and unique Chinese-inspired bowl dish featuring roasted oats and kissed roasted vegetables.

Ingredients
- β2 cups oats
- β2 cups kissed roasted vegetables (such as carrots & broccoli)
- β1/2 cup slovakian cheese (or feta)
- β1 bowlfor serving
- β2 tbsp soy sauce
- β1 tsp sesame oil
- β1/4 cup chopped scallions
- β1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Toss the kissed roasted vegetables in a bowl with a drizzle of sesame oil and roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

In a separate pan, toast the oats over medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned.
