Malaysian Quinoa Bowl
A flavorful and nutritious quinoa bowl dish inspired by Malaysian cuisine. Roasted vegetables add a sweet and savory taste.
Ingredients

- β2 medium Roasted sweet potatoes
- β4 medium Roasted carrots
- β2 tbsp Malaysian chili sauce
- β1/4 cup Sliced fresh cilantro
- β2 Lime wedges
- βto taste Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C).

Toss sweet potatoes and carrots with 1 tbsp of oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes.

Cook quinoa according to package instructions.

In a small pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil over medium heat.
