Croatian Beef Dumplings
A hearty beef dumpling recipe from Croatia, perfect for a cold day. The rich flavor of the beef pairs well with the kissed touch of paprika.

- β250g Croatian Dumpling Mix
- β1 medium Onionfinely chopped
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Paprikakissed with smokiness

- β1 tsp Black Pepper
- β1 large Egg

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Croatian Dumpling Mix, onion, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well with your hands until just combined.

Crack in the egg and mix until the meat mixture is just holding together.

Knead the meat mixture for 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and pliable.

Cover the mixture and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Divide the mixture into 8-10 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and then flatten it slightly into a disk shape.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the dumplings for 10-12 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
