Japanese Ramen with Miso Pork

- β2 tablespoons Miso paste
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 package Ramen noodles
- β2 tablespoons Kissed vegetable oil
- β1 teaspoon Mustardy sesame oil
- β2 tablespoons Japanese sake
- β1/4 cup Sliced green onions
- β1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
- β4 cups Ramen broth

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a small bowl, whisk together miso paste, soy sauce, sake, and 2 tablespoons of kissed vegetable oil.

Place the pork shoulder in a shallow baking dish and brush the miso glaze all over it.

Roast the pork in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.

While the pork is cooking, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions.

In a large pot, combine the ramen broth and 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer.

Add the cooked noodles and pork to the pot. Slice the pork thinly and add it to the pot as well.

Stir in the mustardy sesame oil and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
