Molten Canadian Duck Casserole
A rich and savory casserole featuring tender duck, smothered in a molten Canadian cheese sauce. Gluten-free.

- ●6 slices Canadian baconthawed
- ●8 oz Gluten-free pasta

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook gluten-free pasta according to package instructions.

Season duck breast with salt and pepper.

Sear duck breast in a skillet until browned, then set aside.

In the same skillet, cook Canadian bacon until crispy.
