Kissed Maharashtrian Chicken Stew
A flavorful and aromatic stew originating from the state of Maharashtra in India, made with tender chicken and a blend of spices.
Ingredients

- ●2 tbsp kissed oil
- ●1 large onion
- ●2 inches ginger
- ●3 cloves garlic
- ●1 tsp maharashtrian spices
- ●1 large tomato
- ●1 cup stew
- ●1/2 cup coconut milk
- ●to taste salt
Instructions

Heat the kissed oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the onion and ginger, and sauté until the onion is translucent.

Add the garlic and sauté for another minute.

Add the maharashtrian spices and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the chicken breast and cook until browned on all sides.

Add the tomato and stew, and stir to combine.

Add the coconut milk and salt, and stir to combine.

Bring the mixture to a simmer.

Reduce the heat to low and let the stew cook for 30 minutes.
