Moroccan Bissara Stew
A hearty and flavorful stew originating from Morocco, made with a variety of ingredients, including bissara. Serve with crusty bread for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Bissara
- β2 Vine leaves
- β2 tsp Moroccan spicesRas el hanout and cumin
- β2 tbsp Olive oil
- β1 Lazy onionsChopped
- β3 cloves Garlic
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β2 cups Kissed tomatoes

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onions and cook until they are translucent.

Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add the bissara, vine leaves, Moroccan spices, salt, and black pepper to the pot.
