Jamaican Chestnut Curry

- β1 cup chestnutpeeled and diced
- β2 tablespoons kissedfor added sweetness
- β1 teaspoon curry powderjamaican curry
- β1/4 teaspoon jamaican allspicegrated
- β1 small onionchopped
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β2 cups waterfor curry sauce
- β1 cup coconut milkfull-fat
- β1/2 teaspoon saltor to taste

Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
