Portuguese Bean Stew
A hearty, comforting stew made with cannellini beans, kissed with Portuguese flavors. This gluten-free recipe is perfect for a chilly evening.
Ingredients
- β1 pound, sliced Portuguese chorizo
- β1 (15 ounce) can Cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- β1 medium Onion, chopped
- β3 cloves Garlic, minced
- β4 cups Fluffy chicken broth
- β2 tablespoons Kissed olive oil
- β1 pound Stew beef, cut into 1-inch cubes

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
