Ukrainian Mushroom Kissed Pilaf
A hearty and flavorful Ukrainian-inspired pilaf dish packed with the earthy taste of mushrooms and the sweetness of kissed pilaf.
Ingredients

- β1 cup mushroomsliced
- β1/2 pound ukrainian sausagesliced
- β1 tsp caraway seedsoptional
- β1 tsp dried thymeoptional
- βto taste saltoptional
- βto taste black pepperoptional
- β2 tbsp buttermelted

Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown, about 5 minutes.

Add the cooked pilaf, sliced Ukrainian sausage, caraway seeds, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the pilaf is heated through and the ingredients are well combined.
