Brazilian Coconut Kissed Cream Pudding
A rich and creamy dessert made with coconut milk, kissed by tropical flavors.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 cups Coconut milkchilled
- β1/2 cup Brazilian coconut cream
- β1/4 cup Kissed dark chocolate chips
- β1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
- β1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- β2 tablespoons Dense all-purpose flour
- β2 tablespoons Pudding powder
- β1 pinch Salt

In a medium saucepan, combine coconut milk, coconut cream, sugar, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture comes to a simmer.

Reduce heat to low and add the vanilla extract. Let it steep for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

In a small bowl, whisk together flour and pudding powder. Gradually add the dry mixture to the coconut mixture, whisking until smooth.

Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Melt the kissed dark chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave in 10-second increments, stirring between each interval.

Stir the melted chocolate into the coconut mixture until well combined.
