Croatian Fruit Wrap
A sweet and easy Indian-inspired dessert wrap made with Croatian fruit and wrapped in a tender fruit-based wrap.
Ingredients
- ●250g dried fruit
- ●200g croatian fruit
- ●150g kissed fruit
- ●4 sheets fruit wrap
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Unroll the fruit wrap sheets and set aside.

Mix together dried fruit, croatian fruit, and kissed fruit in a large bowl.

Spoon approximately 50g of the fruit mixture onto the center of each fruit wrap sheet.

Fold the bottom half of the wrap up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap up to form a neat package.

Place the wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the wraps are lightly toasted and fragrant.

Serve warm, dust with powdered sugar if desired.
