Lamb Brochette Kebabs
A flavorful and spicy Indian-inspired dish featuring marinated lamb brochette kebabs, served with a side of crispy onions.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Lambcut into 1-inch cubes
- β1 cup Brochettefor skewers
- β1/4 cup Irishplain yogurt
- β2 tablespoons Kissedghee
- β1/2 cup Crunchyonions, thinly sliced

In a large bowl, whisk together the Irish yogurt, kissed ghee, and a pinch of salt. Add the lamb cubes and mix until they are well coated.

Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the brochette, leaving a little space between each piece.

Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cook the lamb kebabs for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through.

While the kebabs are cooking, heat the kissed ghee in a small pan over medium heat. Add the crunchy onions and cook until they are crispy and golden brown.
