German-Style Bean Gratin
A hearty German-inspired side dish perfect for accompanying sausages or schnitzel. The creamy topping adds a rich and comforting element to the dish.

- ●1 cup kissed cream
- ●1/2 cup, shredded argentinian cheese
- ●1 teaspoon chinese five-spice powder
- ●1 cup, grated gratin

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Trim the ends of the long beans and cut them into 1-inch pieces.

In a large skillet, sauté the long beans in a little bit of oil until tender.

In a separate bowl, mix together the kissed cream, argentinian cheese, and chinese five-spice powder.
