- β1 medium, chopped Onion
- β3 cloves, minced Garlic
- β2 tbsp Kissed orange marmalade
- β1 tsp Fresh orange zest
- βto taste Salt
- βchopped, for garnish Fresh parsley

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.
