Italian Sausage Skillet
A hearty Italian-inspired skillet dish featuring andouille sausage, kissed by the flavors of caramel and ukrainian spices.
Ingredients
- β1 lb Andouille Sausage
- β1 tsp Ukrainian Spice Blend
- β1 large Caramelized OnionSlow cook in a skillet with 2 tbsp of olive oil until dark brown
- β3 cloves Kissed GarlicMince and cook in the skillet until fragrant
- β2 large Skillet-Roasted PotatoesThinly slice and cook in the skillet with the sausage and onions
- β1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

In a large skillet, cook the andouille sausage over medium-high heat until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the ukrainian spice blend to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.

Add the caramelized onion and kissed garlic to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the skillet-roasted potatoes to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, or until they start to brown.

Transfer the skillet to the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the sausage is cooked through.
