- β4 cups Vegetable brothLow-sodium broth recommended
- β1 cup Diced carrotsAbout 2 medium carrots
- β2 large Diced potatoesAbout 2 cups diced
- β1 cup Diced celeryAbout 2 stalks
- β2 tbsp (30 g) Tomato pasteUse a high-quality paste for best flavor
- β1 tsp (5 g) Stew seasoningUse a low-sodium seasoning blend
