Mediterranean Risotto Bowl
A keto twist on the classic risotto, served in a bowl with a side of fresh vegetables.

- ●1 cup Risotto
- ●2 tablespoons Monsoon Olive Oil
- ●1 teaspoon Mediterranean Sea Salt
- ●1/4 cup Fresh Parsley
- ●1/4 cup Fresh Basil
- ●2 cloves Monsoon Garlic

Instructions

Heat the Monsoon Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the Monsoon Garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the Fregola and cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly toasted.

Add the Risotto and Mediterranean Sea Salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the Risotto is lightly toasted.
