Brazilian Tempeh Stir-Fry
A flavorful and spicy stir-fry made with tempeh, kissed with a hint of sweetness.
Ingredients
- β1 package (8 oz) Tempeh
- β2 tbsp Brazilian Kissed Oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β1 medium Red Bell Pepper
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- β1 tsp Honey
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of Brazilian Kissed Oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the tempeh and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Remove the tempeh from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of Brazilian Kissed Oil to the skillet.

Add the onion and red bell pepper to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute.

Add the soy sauce and honey to the skillet and stir to combine.

Return the tempeh to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
