Kindly Chickpea Pilaf
A hearty and flavorful Mediterranean-inspired pilaf with chickpeas, perfect for a weeknight dinner. This recipe is easy to make and packed with nutrients.
Ingredients

- β1 cup White Rice
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- β1 medium Onion
- β2 cloves Garlic
- β1 tsp Dried Oregano
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley

Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
