Mussels Tacos with Citrusy Slaw
A delicious and easy-to-make Mexican-inspired dish featuring fresh mussels, served in tacos with a refreshing citrusy slaw.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons Lime juice
- β1 tablespoon Orange juice
- β1 tablespoon, grated Ginger
- β1 teaspoon Cumin
- β1 teaspoon Coriander
- β1/2 teaspoon Salt
- β1 cup, shredded Red cabbage
- β1/2 cup, thinly sliced Red onion
- β1/4 cup, chopped Cilantro

Rinse the mussels under cold water and remove any broken shells.

In a large bowl, combine lime and orange juice, ginger, cumin, coriander, and salt.

Add the mussels to the bowl and toss to coat.

Let the mussels marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
