Spicy Eastern Noodle Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful stir fry made with eastern noodles, kicked sauce, and peppery vegetables.
Ingredients
- β8 oz Eastern noodlesany type of Asian-style noodle
- β1/4 cup Kicked sauceavailable in most supermarkets
- β1 tsp Middle eastern spice blendor to taste
- β1 cup Carrotspeeled and grated
- β2 Bell peppersany color, sliced
- β1 Cucumbersliced
- β1/4 cup Green onionschopped, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the noodles according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat.

Add the carrots and bell peppers and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until slightly tender.

Add the cucumber and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Stir in the kicked sauce and middle eastern spice blend.

Return the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the noodles are well coated.

Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
