Skillet Chilli Fajitas
A spicy mexican dish made with kicked chilli peppers, crunchy vegetables, and irish skillet-cooked meat, served with a side of crusty bread. Perfect for a quick and easy dinner.
Ingredients
- β2 kicked chilli peppersdiced
- β1 oniondiced
- β1 irish steaksliced
- β2 crunchy bell pepperssliced
- β skilletused for cooking
- β2 tablespoons oil
Instructions

Heat oil in the skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced irish steak and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160Β°F (71Β°C).

Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

Add the diced onion and kicked chilli peppers to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender.

Add the sliced crunchy bell peppers to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
