Citrusy Beef Noodle Stir Fry
A quick and easy Vietnamese-inspired stir fry made with beef, noodles, and a hint of citrus.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Beefsirloin, sliced into thin strips
- β1 cup Noodlesrice noodles
- β2 tablespoons Citrusy Saucemix of soy sauce, lime juice, and honey
- β1 teaspoon Kicked Chili Flakesoptional, for added heat
- β1 cup Vegetablesbell peppers, onions, and snow peas
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
- βchopped, for garnish Fresh Cilantro
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the skillet.

Add the vegetables and cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the noodles to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, until they start to soften.

Return the beef to the skillet and pour in the citrusy sauce.

Stir everything together and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until the sauce has thickened.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve hot.
