Keto Treacle Caramel Temptation
A low-carb dessert recipe combining the sweetness of treacle with the richness of keto-friendly caramel.

- β1/2 cup Heavy CreamKeto-friendly alternative
- β1/4 cup Unsweetened Almond MilkLow-carb dairy substitute

- β1/2 cup Keto-Friendly Chocolate Chips (at least 85% cocoa)Melts well for a smooth caramel

2. Combine treacle, heavy cream, almond milk, granulated sweetener, and butter in a medium saucepan.

3. Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture reaches 235Β°F (118Β°C) on a candy thermometer.

4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and carefully pour in the keto-friendly chocolate chips.

5. Let the mixture sit for 1-2 minutes before stirring until the chocolate is fully melted and the caramel is smooth.
