Keto Bhuna Stir Fry
A quick and flavorful keto stir fry cooked in the bhuna style, perfect for a low-carb dinner.
Ingredients
- β2 tbsp Bhuna sauce
- β1 large Sliced onion
- β1 cup Stir-fry mix (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- β8 oz Grass-fed beef stripsCut into thin strips
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β1 tbsp Avocado oil
- βchopped (optional) Fresh cilantro
Instructions

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add beef strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Remove beef from the skillet and set aside.

Add sliced onion to the skillet and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Add stir-fry mix and cook until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes.

Return beef to the skillet and stir in bhuna sauce.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, until sauce is bubbly and slightly thickened.
