Kabatoast Bliss Fritters
A unique Italian fritter recipe using kabatoast and bliss, perfect for an appetizer or snack.
Ingredients
- β4 slices kabatoast
- β1 cup bliss
- β2 eggs
- β1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- β1/2 cup flour
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- βfor frying olive oil

1. In a large bowl, crush the kabatoast into fine crumbs.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

3. Add the flour to the egg mixture and mix until smooth.

4. Add the crushed kabatoast to the egg mixture and mix until well combined.

5. Stir in the bliss.

6. Heat a non-stick frying pan with about 1/2 inch of olive oil over medium heat.

7. Using a spoon, drop small balls of the mixture into the hot oil.

8. Flatten the balls slightly with a spatula.

9. Fry the fritters for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
