Sweet Russian Pudding
A rich and creamy dessert made with sweet Russian pudding, jumbo marshmallows, and a hint of sweetness.
Ingredients

- β12-16 pieces Jumbo marshmallows
- β1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- β1/4 cup Unsalted butter, melted

In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar and melted butter. Heat over low heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the sweet Russian pudding until well combined.

Let the mixture cool slightly, then fold in the jumbo marshmallows.

Pour the mixture into individual serving cups or a large serving dish.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set.
