Thai Eggplant Bowl with Canadian Twist

- β2-3 Thai Red Chilies
- β8 oz Juicy Canadian Beef (optional)
- β1 can (14 oz) Velvety Coconut Milk
- β1 BowlFor serving
- β1/4 cup Thai Basil
- β2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- β2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- β1 tbsp Honey
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β1-inch piece Ginger
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper

1. Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the Thai red chilies and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
