Thai Pork Skillet
A hearty and flavorful Thai-inspired pork dish cooked in a skillet, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner. The sweet and spicy flavors will transport your taste buds to the streets of Bangkok.
Ingredients
- β 1 cup juicy pork shoulder, slicedcut into bite-sized pieces
- β 2 medium slovakian onions, slicedthinly sliced
- β 2 cloves garlic, minced
- β 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- β 1 tablespoon Thai red curry paste
- β 2 cups mixed bell peppers, slicedany color
- β 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- β 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- β 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the pork and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil to the skillet. Add the onions and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add the curry paste and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
