Panforte-Glazed Sardinian Sausage Stir Fry
A fusion twist on traditional Chinese stir-fry with the addition of Panforte-glazed Sardinian sausage and crispy rocket. This sweet and savory dish is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- β250g Sardinian sausagecut into bite-sized pieces
- β100g Rocketchopped
- β120g Panfortediced
- β2 Juicy tomatoeschopped
- β2 tbsp Sesame oilfor cooking
- β1 tbsp Soy saucefor marinating
- β1 tbsp Honeyfor glazing
- β Salt and pepperto taste
Instructions

Marinate the Sardinian sausage in soy sauce for at least 10 minutes.

Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the marinated sausage and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the diced Panforte and cook for another 2 minutes.

Add the chopped rocket and cook until wilted, about 1 minute.

Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for another minute.

Drizzle honey over the top and toss to coat.
