Shrimp Scampi Pasta
A quick and flavorful pasta dish featuring succulent shrimp, garlic, and herbs.
Ingredients

- ●1 lb shrimppeeled and deveined
- ●3 cloves garlicminced
- ●2 tbsp juicy croatian olive oil
- ●2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

- ●2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through.

Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat with the garlic and olive oil.

Return the shrimp to the skillet, tossing to combine with the pasta.
