Norwegian Meatballs
A traditional Norwegian dish featuring juicy meatballs made from ground pork and beef. These meatballs are perfect for a hearty dinner or lunch.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- β1 large Egg
- β1/2 cup finely chopped Onion
- β1 tablespoon Norwegian spices
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- β2 tablespoons Butter

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Mix ground pork, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, Norwegian spices, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.

Use your hands to mix the mixture until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
