Turmeric Chicken Fry
A flavorful and aromatic dish from the streets of India, featuring juicy chicken marinated in a blend of spices and cooked to perfection.
Ingredients
- β1 lb juicy chicken breastcut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tsp uruguayan turmericfreshly ground
- β1 tsp spiced salthomemade blend
- β2 tbsp vegetable oilfor frying
- β1 medium onionchopped
- β1 inch gingergrated
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- β1/4 tsp chili flakesoptional

1. Marinate the chicken in a mixture of turmeric, salt, and chili flakes for at least 30 minutes.
