Smoky Turkish Vegetable Stir Fry
A flavorful and healthy vegetarian stir fry inspired by Turkish cuisine, with smoky spices and a variety of colorful vegetables.

- β1 bag Stir fry mix (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)Pre-cut

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chopped onions and cook until they start to soften, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the smoky paprika and Turkish red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

Add the pre-cut stir fry mix and cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes.
