Pan-Seared Fish in Papillote

- β2 Fish Fillets (Cod/Sole)
- β4 tbsp Butter
- β2 cloves Garlicminced
- β2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- β1/4 cup Fresh Parsleychopped
- β2 sheets Papillote (smoked parchment paper)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan over medium heat.

Sear the fish fillets for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Transfer the fish to the papillote sheets.
