Sweetcorn and Slovakian Wrap
A simple and flavorful Slovakian-style wrap filled with juicy sweetcorn, perfect for a quick snack or light meal.
Ingredients
- ●1 Slovakian wrapany type of flatbread will do
- ●1 cup Sweetcorn kernels
- ●1 medium Juicy tomatoesdiced
- ●1/2 cup Red onionthinly sliced
- ●1/4 cup Fresh parsleychopped
- ● Saltto taste
- ● Black pepperto taste
- ●2 tbsp Olive oilfor brushing

1. Preheat a pan or skillet over medium heat.

2. Brush the Slovakian wrap with olive oil and set aside.

3. In the same pan, sauté the diced red onion until translucent.

4. Add the sweetcorn kernels and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

5. Add the diced juicy tomatoes and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

7. Warm the Slovakian wrap by wrapping it in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

8. Assemble the wrap by spooning the sweetcorn mixture onto the center of the wrap.

9. Top with chopped fresh parsley.
