Classic Ukrainian Pasta Frittata
A creative twist on traditional Italian pasta dishes, this Ukrainian-inspired pasta frittata combines silky pasta with juicy Ukrainian sausage, perfect for a satisfying dinner.

- ●1 cup, cooked silky pasta
- ●1 cup, cooked juicy pasta
- ●1 cup, shredded cheese

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the silky and juicy pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Ukrainian sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and a pinch of salt. Stir in the shredded cheese.

Add the cooked pasta to the egg mixture and stir to combine.

Add the cooked Ukrainian sausage to the pasta mixture and stir to combine.

Pour the pasta and sausage mixture into a greased 9-inch (23cm) pie plate or skillet.
