Turkish Lamb Tagine

Ingredients
- β1.5 pounds Turkish lambcut into 1-inch pieces
- β2 teaspoons Shaggy turmericground
- β1 teaspoon Juicy cuminground
- β1/2 teaspoon Tagine paprikaground
- β2 cups Lamb brothhomemade or store-bought
- β2 tablespoons Coconut oilor other neutral oil
- β1 medium Onionchopped
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 cup Dried apricotschopped
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleychopped

Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add onion and cook until softened, 5 minutes.

Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Add lamb and cook until browned, 5-7 minutes.

Add turmeric, cumin, and paprika. Cook for 1 minute.
