Peruvian Skillet with Juicy Chicken and Burrata

- β2 Peruvian pepperany color
- β1 large onionchopped
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 ball burrata cheesedrained
- β1 skilletpreferably cast-iron
- β2 tablespoons olive oilpreferably extra-virgin
- β1 teaspoon saltpreferably kosher
- β1/2 teaspoon black pepperfreshly ground
- β1/4 cup fresh cilantrochopped

Heat the olive oil in the skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
